Majority of us are not farmers anymore, we don’t work all day long with our muscles, burning calories – and typing really, really fast doesn’t count.

Our body needs to run maintenance procedures and full diagnostics in the night without spending time and energy on digestion. If we go to bed with a meal in our stomach, we can potentially have wild, violent dreams, with sleep interruptions and we would wake up in the morning tired.
